The skipass is only refunded in case of ski accidents from the day presented at the cash desk. A doctor’s certificate issued by a doctor or the hospital the injured person has been taken to is necessary. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of the injury. Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding.
The amount to be refunded depends on the days already used.
No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.
In the summer season, refunds are not provided.
Yes, please pay close attention to the selected time period, as the tickets are only valid for the booked period and can only be used for skiing during that time.
The Watles + multi-day tickets allow you to ski for one day at either the Schöneben-Haideralm or Sulden ski areas. Alternatively, you can use the multi-day tickets exclusively at Watles for the entire period.
When you purchase your ski pass, you can enter your car’s license plate number (Targa). This will automatically activate free parking for your day of skiing.
Don’t know yet which car you’ll be driving when you book, or don’t have the license plate number handy? No problem: You can also have the free parking activated directly at the ticket window on your first day of skiing. Just present your valid ski pass and provide the vehicle’s license plate number there.
The ski storage facility is operated by Sport Zierheld. The lockers are no longer opened with a key, but with a keycard. Upon request, the keycard can be linked directly to your ski pass, allowing you to conveniently use both with a single card.
